Excellent Road Management System MSM site BPN

The Excellent Road Management System (ERMS) at the MSM Site BPN North Weda mine area in North Maluku is one of the projects within the ESC division that focuses on supervising mine road activities, which include several main tasks such as:
a. Supervising the improvement of mine road quality of hauling road 14 km along
b. Consulting on mine road control (management)
c. Monitoring road performance based on several important KPIs such as the speed of haulers crossing the roads, rain & slippery performance, road URCI assessment, and soil bearing capacity assessment
d. Assisted in planning and executing aggregate spreading to reduce slippery conditions.
